Connection & Protection

Since experiencing my NDE, I’ve spent considerable time learning how to connect more fully with my spiritual team. Initially, my primary motivation was to find out if anyone else had an experience similar to mine, because, quite frankly, I worried that I was losing my mind.

There are so many good spiritual teachers out there to learn from, and I sampled the full buffet. Below is my daily script and process, curated and assembled by all I've learned along the way. Should you need some help to get you started, consider trying what's worked for me (below):

First, connect to the Divine within

Divine spirit within me, move me in the direction of my highest good today

Move my mind, move my body, move my words, move my actions, move my thoughts, and move my emotions

So that I may do my best, be my best, serve my best, and experience my very best

Angels,

Thank you for keeping me safe, healthy, and alive

Thank you for loving me unconditionally and always having my back

Thank you for your constant protection and companionship as I grow and evolve through this lifetime

Please surround me in your most supreme, protective, benevolent, and healing white light

where I may only be contacted by beings of the Light

And any beings who are not of the Light will be cast back into the Light and not return to me

Connect with Guides and Other Benevolent Beings

My most benevolent, most intelligent, highest vibration Spirit Guides, Angels, and benevolent beings who are always with me,

Thank you for reminding me of your presence

Please work through me for the greatest and highest good of all sentient beings, including myself

Please give me clear, concise messages

Please show me signs and symbols

Please deliver the most joyful of synchronicities

Please call in the highest vibration Councils of everyone I encounter today, so that we may all collaborate for the greatest and highest good of everyone involved

Regarding your Spiritual Council

It's important to know that your Spiritual Council has absolutely nothing to do with your religious beliefs, spiritual inclinations, or lack thereof. We all have Angels, Spirit Guides, helpers, and a plethora of benevolent beings who want to help us. This includes ascended masters, whom you may call on for assistance, and even deceased loved ones. Your primary Council or team, though, consists of your Angels and Guides. The number of each varies, depending on you and your specific goals (for instance, I have two Angels and four Spirit Guides).

Your Angels' sole job is to love you unconditionally and keep you on the planet until it's your time** to exit. They're the ones who tell you to wait five minutes before heading out to work (avoiding a horrible accident with fatalities). Your Angels are with you from before "birth" until after "death," though there is no birth and no death. There's only transition and, ideally, evolution to a higher consciousness. Or not. It's your choice about whether or not you want to evolve, and you do that by achieving your goals and purpose during each lifetime.

Your Guides are with you 24/7, providing direction so that you may achieve your purpose, here in Earth School, and within this lifetime. They help you to get what you want, and they give you signs to let you know how you're doing. The only caveat is that you need to ask for their help. They will not interfere in your free will. When you're not connecting with them, they're bored. They're checking their celestial email and wondering what they'll do for lunch. Please don't do that to them. They need for you to be in dialogue with them. It's especially important right now, as we prepare for what's coming.

**A quick word about your exit time: We always and only leave this lifetime when it's our designated "time." There are no accidents or early exits; everything happens in divine timing and according to your specific life path plan.
